Kevin Ratcliffe is a Welsh former footballer who spent most of his career playing for Everton. He was born in Mancot, near Queensferry in Flintshire, Wales. Kevin signed this image of him lifting the European Cup Winners Cup trophy for us when we brought him to the Isle of Man for a friends surprise 40th birthday party in September 2013.
